Midfielder of "Metalist 1925" Ivan Lytvynenko shared expectations for the match against "LNZ", highlighted the opponent's strengths, and also shared impressions of his personal scoring streak:

– Ivan, has the team managed to recover mentally and physically after the match against "Kudrivka"?

– Yes, we have. I think we are in good spirits for this game. The opponent is tough, but I believe we are well-prepared physically, tactically, and mentally. Therefore, I consider us fully prepared for battle.

– What can you say about the opponent, as "LNZ" is currently on a good positive streak of results.

– A very strong team. They have a very strong attacking line, they play vertical football. In their recent games, they won, defeated "Shakhtar" by scoring four goals against such a team. Therefore, they are a very strong team, we approach "LNZ" with full respect, but without fear. I believe we are not inferior to them by a hundred percent, and on the field, we will try to prove that we are better than them.

– Just now the head coach noted the high density in the championship. Currently, half of the teams in the table are close to each other, how does this affect?

– Right now, we are not particularly looking at the table, but of course, we have our goals. It's even more interesting because each round can either lift you up or drop you not just by one, but by two, by three positions. This is what makes the championship intriguing because it hasn't been like this for a long time. I think such a competitive atmosphere adds motivation for us.

– How does your personal positive and scoring streak affect you in general? Does it inspire you to continue?

– Of course, this is the first time in my life that I have had such a streak, scoring three goals in a month. I will only try to improve. It helps the team - that's the most important thing. Of course, I want to score, but I have other important functions for my position, to help the team. Of course, goals are a nice bonus, I hope this bonus will bring more joy to me and our team in the future.
