History: "Rukh" was founded in 2003 in Vynnyky, where a children's football school operated initially. In 2010, the team made its debut in the championship of the Lviv region, and with the arrival of President Hryhoriy Kozlovskyi, it began to rise in the football hierarchy of Ukraine. In 2016, the club received professional status and immediately won the silver medals of the Second League. After three seasons in the First League, "Rukh" earned the right to play in the UPL, winning silver in the 2019/2020 season. In the following seasons, the team established itself in the elite division, occupying mid-table positions.

Geography: "Rukh" is a club representing the city of Lviv and has roots in Vynnyky, located nearby. The team gradually gains the support of fans not only in Galicia but throughout Ukraine, maintaining its own unique atmosphere and focusing on young players.


Head coach: "Rukh" is led by 38-year-old coach Ivan Fedik. A native of Lviv, he did not have a career as a professional footballer, but from a young age, he worked in a youth academy, where he was invited by the then coach of Lviv's "Karpaty" Oleh Konovalov. Later, Fedik was an assistant to Konovalov at "Sevastopol" and Russian "Krasnodar", and also was part of the coaching staff of Leonid Kuchuk at "Stal", "Rostov", and "Rus". In June 2020, after Yuri Bakalov's resignation, he was appointed head coach of the Lviv club. In 2021, he left the position. And in 2025, he was again appointed head coach of "Rukh".


Transfermarkt: According to the estimates of a well-known portal, the current squad of "Rukh" is valued at 6.75 million euros, which is 12 million less than the estimated value of the "Metalist 1925" squad.
