Natalia Zinchenko: "I hope we will continue to move forward at the same pace"

Head coach of the women's football club "Metalist 1925" Natalia Zinchenko commented on the victory of her team in the 17th round match against "Shakhtar" (3-1):

- The first half was of high quality in our performance. There was speed in the first half, we quickly transitioned to attack. In the second half, we played more for the score, but did not allow the opponent to create anything near our goal, except for the penalty moment that was converted. Thank you to the girls for the game! Ten players returned from the national team, and today they played very well. I hope we will continue to move forward at the same pace. I did not notice any relaxation: we continued to press and create chances. We lack some composure in the final stage of attacks to better convert what we create.

- How did the air alarm at the end of the first half affect the game?

- It's been a while since we had air alarms during a match, but these are our realities. We almost immediately started the second half. Made substitutions at halftime. It's a bit difficult to get into such a game, but it's all experience.

- The trio of Aleksanyan-Krevska-Andrukhiv in the center of the field at the end of the match looked somewhat experimental...

- Not really. We have 23 players who can play anywhere, even in goal, but hopefully we won't need that. I really like it when they can change positions. It's cool!
